@MaxHirsch13 Ya I agree! Just launched Untold Archives in the App Store recently and have 3 more coming down the pipeline

I’m not quite sure I understand why people are scared of sharing their apps on this space? Nothing is new under the sun.
I guarantee you there are competitors. And if there aren’t now, there will be soon (regardless of whether you post your app).
What differentiates you is your execution. Not your idea.
What’s my app?

This is one of the most challenging and unpredictable style combinations I've tried. For me, it only works about 20% of the time. I won't be adding it to my website, but I wanted to share it here so you can experiment with it as well. I'd love to see your results!

Experimenting with having @claudeai create the animated video with SFX
A little clunky but the meat is there to cut your own version together with SFX and music

A decade of creative work teaches you a specific kind of patience: the software won't do the thing, so you build workarounds, and eventually the workarounds are the workflow.
That patience is obsolete now and I keep forgetting it.
Last month I kept re-taking the same app screenshots for marketing — frame it, shadow it, pretty background, again and again. Old me adds it to the pile of stuff you just do by hand. Instead I spent a weekend building a little Mac app: drop in a screenshot, it comes out looking like a product shot.
It will never be a product. It has one user. But every marketing image I make now passes through a tool that exists because I was mildly annoyed once.
The small tools you build for yourself change your days more than the big projects.

I shipped my first iOS app in months. My third took weeks.
Nothing about me got smarter in between. What changed: after every launch I write down every mistake in a playbook — the domain decisions, the review rejections, the pricing config traps, the exact screenshot sizes Apple wants.
App 2 hit maybe half the same walls. App 3 glided past almost all of them because the playbook caught them before they happened.
The playbook is genuinely boring: bullet points in a markdown file. "Demo videos need the URL bar visible." "Don't submit iPad screenshots for iPhone-only apps." One line per scar.
Compounding beats grinding. The work you do twice is a system you haven't written down yet.

@Skymography “Claude tell em how he did this, make no mistakes” 😂
Great work! Love the style, very cool

Recent work for Anthropic, was the lead animator on this 🕺🏻

New Anthropic research: A global workspace in language models. Of everything happening in your brain right now, only a tiny fraction is consciously accessible—thoughts you can describe, hold in mind, and reason with. We found a strikingly similar divide inside Claude.

Oathkeeper turns keeping your word into a year-long campaign. You swear one oath out loud — in your own voice, recorded on your phone — and every night you answer to it: did you keep it?
Keep your word and your knight marches the road, your armor hardens rank by rank, and you outlast the twelve men who broke exactly where you’re standing.
Break it and the torch dims.
It’s a commitment device with the stakes of a game — for men who are tired of quietly letting themselves down.
