Was at Haralur Rd mins ago. Counted 25+ cars with just one person in them (not including professional drivers) before I saw one with 2 in it. That's less than half a bus full! Why isn't this getting solved thru tech/neighbourliness? Why do people choose+create pain, congestion?

wrote a post about how i code today > opus 4.6 for the doc creations (design and technical) > gpt-5.3 codex reviews it to flag duplicate functionality, drift from existing system > keep the repo agent-friendly with skills and decision docs > build prd with tasks and a progress file, so i can just say "continue" in a new chat > ruthless testing. mahilo had 1500+ unit tests post has lots of concrete guidance from my time building at work and on personal projects. and i'm sure this pattern will evolve as tools change but i wrote this also as a ref for myself to come back to in a few months and see how my flow has changed.

I have the same view of North India. I was visiting NCR and UP last year during Onam, and didn't see a single person in traditional attire or having Sadhya. Also found no Pookkalams in front of any house. You guys don't know how to have fun and celebrate festivals.
Vanshita@yourswriterly

bangalore doesn’t know how to celebrate festivals 🙏🏼 i stepped out now at 1pm and don’t see a single person in holi rang? no kids throwing balloons? not even colours by the roadside why is this city so boring

@nileshgr well yes, flexibility isn’t enough. strength training is needed. but one can train for strength without weights too that said, i, too, have started mixing weight training to my calisthenics lately :)

Actually in my case it was more than that. I did try moving & standing more, in fact I also purchased a standing desk. And this despite me being a regular yoga practitioner for about 10 years with much more flexibility than the average person of my age. I also used to cycle a lot earlier (pre-2020).

most often lack of movement is the main reason why people have back and neck issues a fancy new office chair or an orthopaedic mattress will not solve your lack of movement
NileshGR@nileshgr

@Harry_Jerry My ₹0.02 - Unless you have some medical condition for back/neck, switching chairs is generally useless. What worked for my lower back: deadlift & leg press.

ropes are fun when you wanna tie someone up, but they can also be used to untie you from shackles think of em 'as an ally for focus. the calm kind, not white knuckled obsession when your hands are busy, your mind stresses less. offers you a low floor to get started with access to a high ceiling to play with mastery why a physical, tactile toy and not another app? cause screens will grind you into tension, distraction, strain even if it begins with a noble intention tactile toys help you escape that digital loop. relax the mind. sharpen your edge. ease your clenched hands. flick. roll. flow. anytime quick ritual; reset in a minute. build focus. enter flow state fast... and deeper with time what starts off as frivolous fidgeting grows into a happy hobby to heal hands from carpel tunnel stress. and free minds from cognitive stress of being stuck at a desk, staring at a screen play to transform stress to bliss. play to increase peak performance. painkiller for stress. vitamin for growth hmu 🤙🏽 if you wanna free yourself
