Phone number returned after: -20 days without service -3 day loss of broadband -PayPal and Hotmail accounts compromised -Missed work opportunities, work days and medical appointments Offered a £5 Costa card as a goodwill gesture. @VodafoneUK trailblazing shite customer care.

2 weeks ago, my mobile number was fraudulently obtained from @VodafoneUK . It took just under an hour to port out despite falling security validation. 2 weeks later I am still without service, with nobody able to tell me when it will be restored. A customer service black hole!!!
