Yet another hotfix 1.6.0.475 is live, fixing the inability to jump into the vent during the Void Shadows storyline and incorrect Zarkov quest marker in Act IV that allowed direct warp travel to Act V, breaking the game.
Please revert to an earlier save if you already incorrectly entered Act V.
