@airwallex is now on the other side of $1B ARR. What I love about this chart isn’t that we hit a big milestone; it’s how fast the business is accelerating. It took us more than 6 years to 100M ARR, 9 years to 500M, and only one year to double it.

Awesome to see an Australian innovation on a supersonic jet, with the potential to save $10 billion in fuel annually. Way to go @AskMicroTau !

Who’s been to Fiji? Booked flights on points ages ago for September and no idea what to do or what islands to stay at. Got 7 days to myself. Rest by the pool and some hiking/nature would be great. Any must do’s for a Fiji first timer?

@MrMikeHalligan There are also some great off the beaten path spots on the bigger islands NE/E/SE of the main island. Check the beaches carefully so you know what you’re getting yourself into - the postcard beaches are usually NW, but it’s not always the case

@MrMikeHalligan From memory, the beaches are rocky in the water unless you get to the smaller islands (Yasawas) NE of the mainland - use satellite view to check. Everything is quite expensive. Hard to find good food & you’re often stuck on an island without many options - read reviews re food!

9 years ago, as a Product Manager at MyFitnessPal, I launched a push notification experiment that switched off reminders if they weren't working. It went viral in the wrong way.

For so long the finish line has felt like some mystical event happening very far into the future so it’s pretty crazy to comprehend that it is now only single digit days away. @MrMikeHalligan Yeah I guess it comes back to emotional marketing (which this is) vs functional/rational marketing (“look, we’ve made xyz suck less!”). Arguably they should be doing both. Big picture - if we’re discussing their ads on social media, they’ve actually already won 😂

@simongriffiths Haha yeah, I don’t think I’ve booked on them since I was 18 and learnt better. Definitely agree on it selling travel more than them, but I’m sure some of that rubs off on BA and they become a bit more salient and likeable.
