Murrieta GOP @SenatorSeyarto (R-Murrieta) and other @CASenReps blasted the Democratic supermajority and Democratic legislative leaders for negotiating the budget behind closed doors late at night without any Republican input.
"It needs to be more inclusive because when you come out of budget negotiations and only one side is there really negotiating...that's not a budget that reflects the values of all of California," said Seyarto.
"That's a budget that reflects the values of some, but not all," Seyarto continued.

NOW: The CA State Senate Budget Committee is meeting to review the budget agreement reached between Democratic leaders in the State Assembly and Senate. Very brief notes of the budget agreement: $324.7 billion spending plan $12.3 billion solutions (includes dedications $13.2 billion reserves ***This still needs to be voted on by the full Assembly and Senate, and signed by the governor by June 15. Then, final negotiations are expected to take place between Democratic legislative leaders and the governor before the start of the new fiscal year on July 1.
