So I cancelled my @skillshare membership on the 13th and still got billed on the 14th. This is the 2nd time this has happened - why does a company need to use these underhanded tactics? @Skillshare I need a refund, now.

@skillshare this company is so unethical!! I never received an email about my renewal, got charged over $100, emailed within MINUTES of being charged and requested a refund, and you are refusing to refund?!?! Insane! “Support” is a joke too as they take days to respond!!
