@TeamYouTube my 85k subscriber art channel was hijacked on May 12 via a fake “Skillshare” sponsor scam. Hackers changed my password, removed recovery info & added a security key, locking me out completely. I’ve submitted the YouTube Hijack Form.Please help escalate this urgently!

Dear @skillshare can u please fix the usability issues on your platform? So many problems. Can’t make lists on iPad, can’t see progress or completion status either. So many basic UX issues that tarnish the user experience and seriously limit usefulness of your product

It’s almost 2am and I just impulsively started a 2 hour course on creative writing on Skillshare by Roxane Gay. Last night, I completed a 2 hr course on the fundamentals of investing by Jago Emmanuel. My own impulsive behavior no pass improving my knowledge bank and I love it.🤣 Tomorrow someone will ask how I’m supposedly well rounded, na the evidence be this. I’m a chronic learner, and knowing things is so fun.😭

There needs to be changes for the way subscriptions work. Refund policies need to be the same as if it was a physical product. The absolutely crap coming from companies like @skillshare and @adobe.

I contacted support and they did get back to me. I’ve been a loyal customer, but this year I genuinely can’t afford it and forgot to cancel. I also never received a renewal email. I was charged and reached out within 24 hours asking for a refund, yet support keeps repeating policy instead of helping. What kind of company refuses to make an exception in a situation like this?

@Skillshare charged me today for an annual renewal. I reached out right away and haven’t used the service, yet a refund was refused. This should be reconsidered.

@skillshare Got a refund 2 days back- shouldn't have been debited in the first place.

So I cancelled my @skillshare membership on the 13th and still got billed on the 14th. This is the 2nd time this has happened - why does a company need to use these underhanded tactics? @Skillshare I need a refund, now.
