So I cancelled my @skillshare membership on the 13th and still got billed on the 14th. This is the 2nd time this has happened - why does a company need to use these underhanded tactics? @Skillshare I need a refund, now.

@skillshare is a scam. They bill you annually and won't refund. They don't even remind you that they are billing you.

@skillshare this company is so unethical!! I never received an email about my renewal, got charged over $100, emailed within MINUTES of being charged and requested a refund, and you are refusing to refund?!?! Insane! “Support” is a joke too as they take days to respond!!

@Skillshare I was charged a day early (Feb 25 vs Feb 26). If this isn’t corrected promptly, I’ll file a dispute with my bank and report the issue to consumer protection.

@skillshare Any leads on this please - I have been scammed by one of your employees called Gyan. £90 taken for an unused annual subscription, refund refused, ticket closed citing “policy.” Renewal email sent over Christmas holidays. MY ACCOUNT BLOCKED #SubscriptionTrap #CustomerExperience

@skillshare I’ve reached out to your support team due to an unauthorized annual subscription charge for something i canceled during the trial.. And still haven’t received a response. I’d appreciate some assistance in refunding.
