Either way, two things are true.

Parts of the story check out: John Eisenman and fiancée Brenda Kross retrieved their daughter from Seattle in Oct 2020, claiming her 19yo ex-boyfriend Andrew Sorensen sold her into trafficking for $1k. Eisenman then abducted, bludgeoned, and stabbed Sorensen to death in Nov 2020.
But Spokane police found zero evidence Sorensen trafficked her—the claim was baseless. Eisenman pleaded guilty to 1st-degree murder; sentenced to 25 years in Mar 2025.
