@sludgefactorium Depends on the surgery type. With peri the nipples are placed withing the place where they were originally, cause you can't really pick and choose their placement. With double incision and nip grafts just bad surgeons honestly.

I don’t wanna be mean but why do so many surgeons place trans men’s nipples so low down?? It was one of my worst fears. Like there’s no excuse for that.

@sludgefactorium i decided not to keep my nipples bc there were too many variables for me. I’m either gonna get them tattooed on, or I plan to be covered in tattoos anyway so it’ll just be the most smooth chest/torso piece ever

@alldewnosugar @bulldogbutcher I def think female puberty is just as permanent but trans guys get away with it more (looking clocky for example) bc they aren’t held to the same beauty standards as women). Plus for trans men a lot of us stop growing super young and hips can be wide even b4 puberty ends.

@hoyeonjmaxxer Mine are thankfully placed normally tho. I think it just depends on how well the surgeon decides to place the grafts.

@sludgefactorium its because the lower part gets cut in surgery i think same reason the scars are above not below mor reason to get a good surgeon
