Why though?

Full time carers for the elderly and disabled are monumental heroes in my eyes. Yes you get the bad ones as you do in every profession but to show the caring, patience and understanding takes superhuman willpower and a lovely personality.

Basketball Ireland light years ahead of us in terms of coaching development. We have to do better if we want to see improvement at all levels, the fact nothing has changed in 20 years shows coaching is not a priority.
