This is for all men in their 20s. - don't destroy your brain with porn, tiktok and politics - follow your passion is bullshit advice - work as hard as you can - find work you have a shot at being excellent at - take risks, you don't have anything to loose yet - don't start gambling, trading or hard drugs - figure out where you want to live - don't drink too much - your reputation compounds faster than your money - no one will ever love you like your mom - you will never be as strong physically as now - you will get more attention from women as you age - for the love of god pay off any debts you have - college is not for education but for the network - nobody is coming to save you - if you want to save buy a cheap S&P 500 ETF and don't touch anything else - nothing good happens when you are alone at home - don't worry if you are not married or in a long term relationship yet, men have time - go to the gym and lift heavy weights - hook-up culture will make you feel empty - energy is your biggest asset, treat it as such - if you struggle with acne take accutane - call your parents, they will not be there forever - some of your high school friends will not grow up - if your friends are losers, make new friends - constantly checking your phone is not normal - the women you want don't care about fancy cars - play long-term games with long-term people - learn to sell - networking is dumb, make friends instead - everything you do now will compound for a very long time - do more sports than you watch sports - team sports are the easiest way to meet new people - enjoy it, it will be over quicker than you think
