My most lame habit is that when I put myself out there to meet people and nothing happens, I tend to give up easily and go back to doing things that keep me isolated.

@MistiDewdrop I like meeting people and I haven’t made a new actual friend in a few years now. It’s nice experiencing different kinds of people because it broadens your mind. That’s kind of the thing I miss back with it was easier to meet people.

@solumagain Same. I like people. They’re fascinating. When I was in college I had method to making friends where whenever I saw someone I wanted to be friends with I would compliment something they wore. I’d do that a few times before asking if they wanted to eat together or hang out later

@solumagain i've been having trouble with that for years, my plan is to try to change my habits one step at a time over the next years even if i'm not consistent at some point starting over become easier and easier

The anime movie 5 cm per second has one of the most realistic endings to that kind of story.

Not having feelings for anyone is a weird time, I give it a 5/10. But it’s better than being in an unrequited love situation which I give that a 0/10 and would absolutely not do again.
