@spanner77 @graziacarlos It’s not fraud 😂 they were at the event because they travelled prior due to announcement. They may not get a full refund but they’re entitled to money back. If not about if you went to something. It’s about proving the service was not as described.

@Tourist61 @graziacarlos But they all went to the event. None of them are getting their money back. The first thing the bank will ask if they went to the event. Answer yes, no refund. Answer no, but went to the event then that is fraud.

@graziacarlos Slight tweak if I may (as I work for claims at the bank) this doesn’t state what the desired outcome is eg refund. Remember - section 75 applies to credit card purchase and a charge back if yoy paid debit card (just to make process easier) ☺️ But good write up 🙌
