@thunderboit4 @malex4vr Weren't the players of Hital the ones who started saying it was a Minecraft killer even before the game was released? 🤔 I think the Hytal community's haste was justified, and that's the result; now they can't post anything without mentioning Minecraft.

@S0LCreations Those are very cool, although i wonder if theyre too cubic. Hytales models are allowed to have diagonals, and according to their model guide, common models like this can have up to 50 triangles, so i wonder if they could be less “rigid looking” (this isnt meant to be hate)

Listen, these 2 things are not the same, I'll explain how I understand it as a laman, but if someone who is an expert in corporate law wants to correct me, I will absolutely admit I'm wrong. Minecrafts term for the creator program leaves the power in the hand of Microsoft. If you create any content (this could be as simple as a tweet), that portrays Microsoft in a negative light, they have the right to remove you from their creator program (and I think refuse any amount of money owed not already paid, but maybe I'm wrong on this). It leaves the determination open to Microsoft, and if challenged in court, they are default in the right. Hytales terms importantly uses the words "reasonably be expected". This is much different than "portray". You must cause "harm, diminish, or tarnish reputation". That needs to be proven. What harm was caused, how were they diminished. These things need to be quantified and proven in a way that a party that is not Hypixel would consider "reasonable". The ownst is on Hypixel to prove these things were they to be challenged after making a decision to remove a creator.

@KITTVT @HytaleAlerts Shaders? Hytale didn’t add shaders. They have been hard at work trying to perfect world generation before they start implementing the content, because its much harder to change how the world generates after all the systems are implemented.

@HytaleAlerts The biggest complaint about Minecraft was the transition away from large, regular content updates. BlockGame2 did not learn from that mistake and is instead focusing on shaders. And what meager updates it does have - breaks existing mods. It's gonna die, unless things change.

Hytale modders are truly on another level! 🔥 We might actually see movies and short films made inside Hytale someday.

@LizardOnTheRoof @insane_biscuitz The simpsons gives actual skin tones to brown and black people, but for white people they default to yellow. I assume they were drawing what they would look like if they were black, because the show actually would give them the skin colour if they were.
