@kidney_boy Great job, Joel. I enjoyed the presentation and agree with your conclusions. The risk for long term NSAID’s might include analgesic nephropathy. I have curtaining seen patients with biopsy proven TIN after long term use of NSAID’s (excluding Aspirin).
