April’s theme explores Swadhyay: the practice of self-study and reflection. As @Gurudev explains, Swadhyay is not just reading scriptures. It is the deeper inquiry into oneself: observing the mind, understanding our thoughts, and asking fundamental questions about life. When students learn to pause and reflect, awareness grows. And with awareness comes responsibility, the first step toward practising Seva in everyday life. Swadhyay is not only a journey for students, but an invitation for parents and educators as well. Through hands-on lab exposure and research-led training, students are encouraged to connect classical Ayurvedic wisdom with modern scientific understanding. A regular practitioner of Sudarshan Kriya and deeply rooted in the values she imbibed during her school years, Shruti Ganesh chose to carve her own path as a creative entrepreneur and therapist. Today, as a Dance Movement Therapy Practitioner, Counseling Psychologist, and Bharatanatyam artist, she co-founded Ang Tarang to bring together ancient wisdom and modern healing. Through inclusive, movement-based sessions and socially aware performances, she continues to create meaningful impact across communities. Our Trustee Smt. @jainajgd participated in the Round Table Conference on the Viksit Bharat Shiksha Adhishtan (VBSA) Bill – 2025, organised by @bsm_bharat in association with The Mythic Society in Bengaluru. The conference brought together leading academicians, policymakers, and industry representatives to deliberate on strengthening autonomy, innovation, and research excellence in India’s higher education ecosystem.
