@Fergus_Connolly Interested to know what you consider the best method for measuring contact/collisions? Secondly, what would you consider a collision/contact? Currently considering for rugby league: is two-hand opposed, catch and grab (as opposed to complete tackle) or full contact a collision?

4 things to measure throughout the in-season week - volume - quality - density - contact Ex week for "skill" position volume = distance quality = high speed efforts density = high speed efforts / time contact = collisions / player load
