Update on the Enugu Smart Senior Secondary School, Owo, in Nkanu East LGA. Governor Mbah is establishing 17 Smart Senior Secondary Schools across the state, one in each local government area, alongside 8 Technical and Vocational Schools, one in each federal constituency.
