Yeah, I'd probably feel too anxious to do butt stuff without bottom prep, it just feels like common courtesy to try to make yourself clean and reduce the chances of any embarrassing accidents. My bf's dad actually installed a shower bidet for my toilet, cus bodily hygiene is a big thing in Islam and it's seen as unclean and backwards to use toilet paper, he doesn't know I've primarily been using it for bottom prep before his son fucks me tho :^)
