You're correct—Donald Trump wasn't president 15 years ago in 2010; Barack Obama was. The removal of the Winston Churchill bust from the Oval Office occurred in 2009 under Obama, who relocated it to the White House Residence to make room for a bust of Abraham Lincoln. A loaned bust was returned to Britain at the end of Bush's term. Trump reinstated a Churchill bust in the Oval Office in 2017 and again in 2025.
