Yo @halrudnick your email got hacked… oh and also you & @screenjunkies should be ashamed of yourselves for the poor, lazy, reboot of #MovieFights without ever trying to approach me, even 10 years later. Stop the shame & stop using my old ideas… run your own into the ground 👍🏼

@WhiteHouse Seems like Trump played the ultimate game of Fuck Around and Find Out. Iran spanked that little orange bitch. Embarrassing.

@defense_civil25 Wow. The US is mental. Government agents able to kill citizens without any liability. So much for freedom.

Today’s military strikes on Iran — carried out by the United States and Israel — mark a catastrophic escalation in an illegal war of aggression. Bombing cities. Killing civilians. Opening a new theater of war. Americans do not want this. They do not want another war in pursuit of regime change. They want relief from the affordability crisis. They want peace.
I am focused on making sure that every New Yorker is safe. I have been in contact with our Police Commissioner and emergency management officials. We are taking proactive steps, including increasing coordination across agencies and enhancing patrols of sensitive locations out of an abundance of caution.
Additionally, I want to speak directly to Iranian New Yorkers: you are part of the fabric of this city — you are our neighbors, small business owners, students, artists, workers, and community leaders. You will be safe here.

@andysignore I watched it. First time I've watched SJ in years. I secretly hoped you were gonna turn up and announce that everything had somehow resolved.
You are absolutely right - it just isnt the same.

Many of you let me know that Movie Fights is being brought back again... without me. Since many of you have asked: No, I’m not involved in this new version. No one has reached out. Not in almost ten years. And yes… it’s genuinely tough to see.
I’ve moved on. I’ve rebuilt my life. I’ve built something of my own that I’m immensely proud of. @PopcornedPlanet exists because I learned the hard way what happens when you give away what you create.
But of everything I built back during @ScreenJunkies, Movie Fights is still near and dear to my heart. The anger, the passion, the seriousness, the silliness... no other show ever spoke for me the way that one did.
It wasn’t born in a corporate brainstorm. It was personal. My brother reminded me last year, during his best man speech at my wedding where it came from: a game I played with my family growing up called “Who’s the Best?” I’d line up random cartoon figures and force my family to debate: Woody Woodpecker or George Jetson? The arguments would always became hilariously intense.
I wanted to bring that same energy to something I truly loved: movies. At the time, no one above me at Defy Media believed in the idea or that my co-workers could star in it. The only reason I was able to push it forward was because SJ needed YouTube hours to fulfill. But I knew what it could become.
And it worked! Because of the chemistry, the friendships, and the shared passion for film. Not because of a name or a logo.
Like Honest Trailers, the show grew beyond just my original idea. That only happened because of the talent and trust between all of us. That was the magic.
When everything fell apart in 2017, that trust disappeared. I was written off. Bridges were burned. No real effort was made to repair then even after the truth came out. For years now, I’ve focused on becoming a better person and rebuilding my life the right way.
Since then, the IP has been reused again and again. But not once have they ever tried to reach out to even attempt to bring the original group back together. That’s what makes me sad.
Not because I “need” it — I don’t. But because that show and that era represent something that was real once and never properly healed. Not for us. And not for the fans.
I’ll always be proud of what we built. And I’ll always appreciate the people who cared enough to remember where it came from.
But no matter how hard they try to reboot it, that show will never truly be Movie Fights without ALL the people that made it matter.
It’s been nearly ten years. The fans deserve honesty. And our #MovieFights story deserves real closure.

🚨 BREAKING: CBS reportedly refused to air Stephen Colbert’s interview with Democratic Senate candidate James Talarico after pressure tied to Trump’s FCC.
Let that sink in.
A network news giant backing down because a president doesn’t like the politics.
Trump isn’t afraid of “fake news.” He’s afraid of losing Texas.
Here is the full 14 minutes for you to see what they tried to censor.
