Explaining the whole Buyback procedure step by step in detail:- (Taking example of wipro’s ongoing BB for proper explanation) (1)Comapny announced BB price and BB size(16-4-26):-15k crores and ₹250 (2)Company declared Record date(5-6-26),Last date to buy wipro shares for BB is 4-6-26,if market value of ur holding is 2lacs or less on the basis of closing price of wipro share on record date,u will be eligible for retail entitlement. (3)company will declare BB schedule:- (Not yet declared by wipro but assuming dates to explain) (A)Tendering period:-11-6-26 to 19-6-26:-u will tender ur shares during this period for BB,once u tendered shares,all ur shares will be blocked (B)Acceptance date:-24-6-26:-on this date after 2pm u will be able to check how many shares are accepted and how many not accepted. Few days back WIPRO may future and June futures difference was 4/5₹ . Soma smart people done HEDGING at that level,only few not many. Now difference is 21+ rs .so wait till June cash is ready,we have 27,29 may 1,2,3 june dates available to watch. All buyback deals will settle before June future ending.

There is a high probability that Pakistan will completely boycott the ICC T20 World Cup. There are some quite efforts being made to bring back Bangladesh in the tournament but if India doesn’t let that happen then Pakistan can pull itself out of the tournament.
