From -$567/days losses few weeks ago to $20k/days with 26% net profit Time and time again.. I have seen creatives are the biggest game changers. Bad performance —> need better creatives with intent (courtesy to @shauneng @spencepawliw ) Good performance —> still more winning creatives to chad scale. Putting 90% efforts into creatives with better intent. Nailing down customer avatars. A hell lot to do from here. Next goal - $50k/days. Less go🚀

Im fired up more than ever to beat this one and get to more scale haha... Scripted 3 yapper ads for prod 2...Launched A/B test for a new presell page for prod 1. $100k → $1M with eCom - Day 8 in school, you study more → get better grades (direct, simple) in ecom though, results aren't linear at all. you'll never know when something hits. it's like rep 1, rep 20, nothing happening, then boom, suddenly you get a winner and a working funnel. will keep this in mind during the long, rough hours ahead. Every rep counts. Everything builds up. oh, we are planning to start subscription on prod 2. Let's see how it goes. Need to find a good US 3PL. If you have someone in mind, let me know! $100k → $1M with eCom - Day 7 creatives are def important but a funnel that's dialed in, increases revenue AND profit. last week, worked on prod 2's funnel and without aggressive scaling, ROAS increased. today, worked on prod 1's funnel, started the A/B test, lets see if it rips. wrote 6 ads today, overall feeling more productive than yesterday. touching grass does help you think clearly. im also grateful that I dont have to wait for a weekend to take a break. I can do it on a random thurs and grind on a sunday... See you tomorrow!

$100k → $1M with eCom - Day 6 Ecom is truly a blessing. I wake up excited to execute... Did learnings on ads...Got a few concepts ready for launch. Def need to work on funnel optimisation next... Revenue is down, but I'm not concerned... just the weekdays stabilizing...only obsessed over inputs. Tbh, I was a bit exhausted today, so I took it a bit slow... tomorrow should be better. See you!

$100k → $1M with eCom - Day 5 My concept became a top spender today (Yay me lol!)... We'll see if it scales profitably, though. Since im trying to master this copywriting skill, putting in reps daily, even with self-doubt, actually does work. I've also learned no idea is wrong, no strategy is wrong. something will hit, as long as you are tracking performance along with learning from other people, books, etc. overall, a pretty productive day (even though I'm working 10-12 hours right now, I still feel I'm not doing enough. hope this feeling goes away before i grind myself into the ground 😂) See you tomorrow!

$100k → $1M with eCom - Day 3 i dont know what i'd do without post-purchase surveys... Claude and I had a nice chat, got to know my exact customer persona. Did reddit customer research, excited to assemble the scripts using verbatim quotes... spent 2-3 hours on atria, adspy, meta ads library, got so many ideas my head is spinning lol.. I have heard somewhere: do not disconnect from work before sleep... When you do go to sleep, your subconscious will give you ideas... it may even solve problems during your sleep. I've made it a daily rule. Have you guys experienced it? The performance is going up, but maybe a weekend effect. We'll see. See you tomorrow.

We were doing $500K months with 1 winning ad. the moment it started losing steam, couldnt get the numbers back up.. it was all a skill issue. Current sit -> We came back down to $100K, launched another product... actually started learning and applying the marketing principles, positioning, copywriting, Creative Strategy... from Spencer (Evolve) and Sarah Levinger... Decided to come here and document the whole journey. Thought it would be cool to look back at our ups and downs once we hit $1M/month Oh, I also have a wedding in 7 months... so this goal is real, not just a number...
