YC just announced their looking for AI-Native agencies.
The agency model is about to split into two completely different businesses:
A) Agencies that sell labor
B) Agencies that sell leverage
Only one survives long term.
AI-native agencies don’t scale by hiring more people.
They scale by building systems that replace people.
The playbook looks like this:
→ Find a workflow clients already overpay for
→ Build an AI tool that does it 10x faster
→ Use services to fund development
→ Turn repeated work into proprietary IP
→ Eventually sell the tool, not the time
The real shift:
Agencies used to be talent businesses.
Now they’re becoming software companies with cash flow.
Most people will miss this window because they’re still optimizing delivery instead of building leverage.

might have to switch from Wave Payments over to Whop
had a random email from Wave say that a $100k payout was put on hold because of a $4k invoice for a new client that they found "suspicious"
we've since sent over all contracts and documentation
but we've never had a single issue with our payments... no chargebacks, nothing
and yet they randomly put $100k on hold until we can prove a Service Agreement for a random client, and we are still waiting to hear back
oh, and the $100k payout has completely disappeared from our dashboard 😁👍

Almost 1 year since I started posting on X and we just hit 10k followers 🥳 The best decision I made was to start a personal brand Crazy to see how big of an impact it made - Helped multiple people scale their brands to $100k+/day - Tons of biz opportunities - Met a bunch of like-minded people I was struggling to meet more high-level Ecom people Now instead of paying a few thousand to attend an event you can just post content online Most high-level knowledge in Ecom used to be gatekept When I was first trying to hit $100k/day there was no info on how to get there After I figured out how to do it, it really wasn't rocket science It all comes down to the basics, no secret strategies I've only scaled harder after exposing how to do it There is no worry about competition if you know what you're doing The impact and support I have gotten from you guys from posting has been crazy Thank you to everyone here for the support 🫶 In 2025 I plan to double down on personal brand and continue to share behind the scenes how we're scaling brands Big emphasis on Ai right now, so stay tuned for that Milly days incoming 🫡

Shopify just disabled payments on our store citing an “elevated risk of chargebacks.”
We’ve been running this brand since 2023 — processed over 15,000+ orders and even received Shopify milestone awards for consistent performance.
We’ve never had policy violations or a high chargeback ratio. In fact, our rate has remained well below Shopify’s risk threshold for the past year.
Our support requests and appeal have been sitting unanswered while payouts are now on a 120-day hold. This is severely affecting operations for a verified and legitimate business that’s been fully compliant since day one.
An urgent review and response from @ShopifySupport @harleyf @tobi would be greatly appreciated.
Independent business owners deserve clarity — not silence.
