Keenan Anderson, a 31-year-old teacher and dad, died after LAPD held him down as he sought help after a traffic collision, then tased him for over 90 seconds, video and family accounts reveal. At one point he yelled: "They're trying to George Floyd me." n.pr/3We1ir8

@jsparker31 @NPR When JSParker tells me I’m bad at this, that’s how I really know. JSParker31 is my baseline for what is and is not an L 🤣

@CharlieShrem @lopp I always saw him as a cocky corporatist normie that was in the weird world of bitcoin for monetary reasons more than the software. Perhaps that’s a mischaracterization, as I was just getting involved in the months before he left.

@lopp I remember this. It hurt because we were all friend with Mike. Worst decision ever.

On this day in 2016, Bitcoin developer Mike Hearn declared Bitcoin a failure and sold all his bitcoin. The exchange rate at the time was $430. 😬 blog.plan99.net/the-resolution…

@jsparker31 @NPR Again, “lost”. The words of someone who sees things in terms of winning and losing. I bet you go out of your way to “own the libs” by driving a car that uses a ton of gas and could easily plow through a crowd of BLM protesters. Winning. You still can’t go back to that convo..

@jsparker31 @NPR Vaccines don’t “stop” transmission. They equip the immune system with a blueprint for handling a virus, one that is constantly evolving resistance. Covid is also more virulent than most known viruses. Vaccine hesitancy is causing more chances for the virus to spread and mutate.

@tchabes @NPR It literally does mean they don’t work. They don’t stop getting it or transmitting it. Why are people like you such religious zealots? They don’t care about you either. It’s okay to see the truth.

@jsparker31 @NPR Yes there has. Regardless, this vaccine and the boosters have been fast-tracked to save lives. They continue to do that. Even if partially vaccinated people are dying, it doesn’t mean the vaccine doesn’t work.

@tchabes @NPR There’s literally never been vaccines that “work” the way these don’t. I was vehemently pro-vaccine before this. I’m vaccinated and boosted. I regret it.

@jsparker31 @NPR And, yes, I can be dumb and argumentative, but that doesn’t negate the fact that you’re full of shit, and will spout off conservative talking points like a good little tool.

@jsparker31 @NPR Any data source for covid at this point will work. They all agree: most deaths, by far, in the most recent months, are of the unvaccinated. It’s so much of a margin, that it is irrefutable. Where are YOU getting your data from?

@tchabes @NPR Where do you get your info? Most deaths are vaccinated now. I’m vaccinated so I make sure to get my heart checked regularly now.

@jsparker31 @NPR Alright, new topic, Jay. If there were so many deaths during covid, and the vaccine is the reason, why are so many of the deaths (since the vaccine has become widely available) of the unvaccinated?

@jsparker31 @NPR Ok, so police can calmly arrest a mass shooter, but when a black man makes a scene while being publicly executed, he was fighting them (oooh, all caps) and deserves to be dead. Cool story, Jay
