Feeling so loved & appreciated but also very sad to have said goodbye to my schools this week as I move on to pastures new. I’ve been so lucky to have built brilliant relationships with staff over the last 5 years & my Nottingham schs will always have a special place in my 💜🥹

@virginmedia The team said it was their fault and there was no record of the original booking. I don’t think it is a huge job but I was especially disappointed with being lied to about an engineer visit yesterday.

@JohnRTeacher1 Ah okay, so the works we carried out last year were due to your building plans, thank you for confirming. My apologies that there has been a delay in laying the new cable for your request. Did the team advise the reason for the delay and need for the rescheduling? ~CS~

@virginmedia 2/2 Virgin admitted fault but said they’re too busy to replace a wire so that my driveway can be be poured. I now have to wait another week. Who knows if anyone will turn up this time?!

@virginmedia The cable was made longer while the building works were completed at the home. A longer cable was patched onto the existing one to give some slack. This was done last year at the commencement of the building works. My appointment for yesterday was booked 3weeks ago

@JohnRTeacher1 Thanks for confirming this. So the cable across the drive has had works/fixes put it place due to service issues? Were these fixes advised that they were temporary? How long ago was the cable worked on? ~CS~

@virginmedia Thank you for responding. I’m an existing customer and I have a patched cable across the driveway that needs replacing with a permanent cable before my driveway is laid.

@virginmedia horrendous customer service today. Appointment booked for yesterday morning and nobody showed. Told at 1pm someone would ring to come in the afternoon - lie. Told at 4pm someone would come out - lie. Checked progress today to be told nobody is coming until next week.
