I can tell you if you pulled your weapon and killed this guy you would probably go to prison in most states. If you got off, you would then get a civil suit from the guys family and that he would win. Is the guy wrong? Hell yeah but you should only pull and kill as a last resort.

The 2nd Amendment exists for this very reason.
