Yet i went from a 3 plate squat to a 4 plate squat with a properly constructed pyramid program in 6 weeks…. At 160lbs. People are so loud confident and wrong online shit is annoying. 😭 dumbasses

Pyramid training is absolutely GOOFY Do your warm up sets • ~10 reps @ 50% of first set working weight • ~5 reps @ 75% of first set working weight • ~2 reps @ 90% of first set working weight Then hit your 2-3 sets of 5-10 reps at or near failure and move on SIMPLE

I think its more bold for you to make all those claims on character and lifestyle of someone you dont know

why are you fuckin meatheads always tryna belittle mfs with what YOU can lift? You think cuz you can bench more than 225 it makes YOU special?! Nah. Idek know how you get gains when you post every hour, you're chronically online... Oh wait yeah I do. It's called PEDs. So you can bench 300🤷🏼🤣 can you jog a half mile without running out of breathe? Can you sprint a quarter mile and still be ready to lift? To defend yourself? No, probably not🫡 (I run a 7 minute mile at 165 lbs btw😘) You also can't lift more than Eddie. How's it feel to know you'll NEVER outlift a 6'2" 220 lb guy with a fuckin gut? Eddie Hall also runs his mile @ 7min btw. Maybe don't belittle other peoples accomplishments to make yourself feel relevant. Then again, that would be assuming you possess self awareness, which we know is a laughable concept... Im sorry, I meant "I know" 🤣🤣🤣
