In case you were wondering why the CEO of @Ripple used quotes, allow me to explain. A federal judge 👩⚖️ sitting in the SDNY stated that SEC lawyers, like @SECEnfDirector and its non-lawyer Chairman @GaryGensler lack “a faithful allegiance to the law.”
