overanalysis of media can definetly be just as harmful as consuming everything surface level but i find it kind of sad that a lot of people are scared of analyzing things on a deeper level or search for subtle references in fear of looking cringe or doing "too much"

someone said in this scene scaramouche is holding the hand of his future self = wanderer, and at the same time wanderer is possibly holding the hand of his own future self too. so according to this theory he’s basically reaching out to another future version of himself

Paimon was always talking shit to Scara, and only years later she is more friendly with him. Columbina wasn't in the Fatui by the time they met her and later they learned that she didn't even had a task by the Tsaritsa so she didn't do anything in the Fatui
