Canceled my blue check, it was worthless. My posts were seen by like 0.5% of my followers. There was no tangible benefit. What point is there to be able to write a long post if it isn't even seen? What a scam. It'll be interesting to see how it goes now. Do you see this?

@MatthewMKE98 I agree. I love rooting for him and Acuna. I know Acuna gets a lot of hate but they both seem to me like there is nothing else on the planet they would rather be doing.

Is it just me or is Munetaka Murakami a really easy player to root for Dude just seems like a fun dude to cheer for

@ChiSoxFanMike Let’s also consider who they have played. The blue Jays were in World Series last year. They were 4-2 prior to Sox games. The brewers are 6-2. It’s not like we are playing the Rockies

@Jordy__Long Man it is a challenge, the balance I everything it’s the 4 burner analogy full speed. I literally launched a men’s group to discuss th realities of life for this reason.

Only after having kids did I realize the challenge of staying strong with small kids. There's a tension between 2 things: 1. Not wanting to take an hour for "you" after you've worked all day and your wife has watched the kids all day and night and needs a break. 2. Not wanting your kids to have a weak dad. Hard to solve but not impossible. It helps seeing other dads on here getting lifts in when life is chaotic.

@tyromper I have horrible adhd and it is a super power and can relate to almost every part of it. Except I found private equity and entrepreneurial spirit and then ai and then my wife and she really dragged me kicking and screaming to god and I have been so blessed everyday since.

I have ADHD. It's a superpower. I knew early on THE SYSTEM was not for me. In school I was ALWAYS in trouble. I couldn't sit still. In high school I graduated with 19 demerits. At 20 you got kicked out. I spent as much time in the office as I did class. I got an 18 on my ACT. Sitting four consecutive hours answering pointless questions made up by some guy I doubt is even smart (winning at life) seemed like a stupid way to determine how intelligent I was. I knew then I HATED WHAT THE SYSTEM HAD PLANNED FOR ME.

@ThrillaRilla369 If ruined my life. They drugged me up from 4th grade - Junior in hs. My grades were terrible I was depressed and overweight and magically I got off med grades went up lost weight and loved life’s

Schools be like “say no to drugs” then medicate a 6 year old for having 6 years old energy and not wanting to sit in the same spot for 8 hours.

If Luisangel Acuña is going to play CF, he needs to learn how to hit a cutoff man. The #WhiteSox are once again a very poor defensive team.

Older generations say “we all struggled.” Yes. But not like this. You didn’t graduate into debt + no job security. You didn’t compete with global labor + AI. You didn’t pay modern rent on entry-level pay. This isn’t the same struggle. It’s a different game entirely.
