@BarstoolKU Maybe it is time to pack it (up). The bar was raised, but the ceiling has been hit. Go find a HC to raise the ceiling higher.

@ColonelMark4 @FFT1776 @catturd2 @BoSnerdley @clownworld @DonaldJTrumpJr @kimguilfoyle @BreitbartNews @Twitch @RealAlexJones @MattWallace888 @TaraBull808 Do it. 😂 see what happens. The entire economy and country would collapse overnight. It's sad that Mexicans are so undervalued in the states

@FFT1776 @catturd2 @BoSnerdley @clownworld @DonaldJTrumpJr @kimguilfoyle @BreitbartNews @Twitch @RealAlexJones @MattWallace888 @TaraBull808 Let’s do the same to the 40 million Mexicans (1/4 of the total population of Mexico) here in the USA.

Niche saturation? Never heard of it.
I scaled an agency to a little over $100k/month in one of the most “saturated” niches in this space. Gyms.
I don’t care how “saturated” your niche is, there is NO reason you can’t do the same.
I’ve just finished creating a step-by-step BLUEPRINT of how to create such a killer offer, that you will DOMINATE your market and sign clients in your sleep.
Use with caution, this gave me too many clients to handle.
Like, comment & DM me ‘BLUEPRINT’ and I’ll send it over.

@Brad_Johnson @tferriss @patrick_oshag There's also a really good one where they talk about the same @myfirstmilpod, @tferriss and @ShaanVP

Great episode from @tferriss & @patrick_oshag - two guys who I’ve learned from and have inspired me to ask better questions as an interviewer.
They get into quite a bit of that in the front half of this conversation for you fellow podcasters out there.
Love their shared passion for learning and natural curiosity about how things work.

@crazyclipsonly Lesson 1: do not sag your pant
Lesson 2: don’t get fat, hit the gym so you can run
Lesson 3: do not start a trouble when you’re fat and can’t run

@MrJonesSTRs @omprabhu For me. The path has always been, launch a product/service where marketing is done for you. I've ran multiple business in different sectors and airbnb has been by far the easiest to grow. Design is #1, customer service 2, amenities 3. Killer business.
English

Direct Bookings are the most overrated topic around Airbnbs.
To date, we do NOT have a direct booking site.
All of our success is on Airbnb/VRBO & others.
When building a company, you have 2 paths to purse:
1. Build a brand
2. Build a cash flowing company
We took the path of building a cash flowing company.
You can’t do both at the same time.
Our focus from day 1 with our investors was and will always be cash flow.
>>>>>>>>>>>
Now that we have 2 years of portfolio growth, direct bookings is something we’re adding in the next 6-12 months.
It’s not that it’s a bad idea, but so many operators should focus on CASH FLOW before trying to build out a brand.
>>>>>>>>>>>>
Go look at the Short Term Rental companies who’ve closed doors the past 2 years. All of them went heavy on brand while neglecting cash flow.
Grow at all costs to push a brand doesn’t fit in this asset class.
Grow profitably.
Only way to survive in Short Term Rentals.
