@lee71uk @joeyyochheim I tell it, take a pic, or it remembers. I created a project for my health, setting up my workouts, diet, fluid intake, and vitamins/medications. It knows my goals, and as long as I tell it what I'm doing daily, it tracks my progress and reminds me what's next. Setup is key.
