having an all or nothing mindset with food

Constant rush at work but it made me have 10k steps !

I’m 55kg rn so hopefully when i end my fast i’ll be at 50kg. I think i’ll weight myself on the morning and if i’m close to 50 i’ll add another day

Also i really hate black coffee it taste HORRIBLE but i still took one at work cause i was starting to feel the hunger :(

Fasting until sunday and i’ll break my fast with a meal i made which is patatos rice and cauliflower with a bit of mayo and soja sauce. I think the whole meal is about 600-800cals but i will only eat half of it, i accidentallymade a bigger portion than i intended too.

Ngl last time i said i would fast i didn’t…

Edtwt what’s the worst food for you to throw up ? For me ice cream like i would rather throw up something spicy than that

Seeing edtwt so active at the start of the month and slowly die down each month is so funny to me
