Inaugural Day 2026, Richmond. I’ve been to many of these since 1970. Always fresh because of VA’s one-consecutive term limit. I’m opposed to change. The more governors I’ve known, the more the grateful I’ve been for the one-term limit!

NEW: White House to delay healthcare proposal after significant congressional backlash. According to two White House officials the announcement has been delayed, with one of those officials citing strong congressional backlash to Trump’s proposed plan. Trump planned to make an announcement as early as Monday proposing a framework to address health care costs which included an extension of Obamacare subsides.

@enL3X1 @cremieuxrecueil The key is not to overthink things. Standardized tests in the U.S. have to cater to the lowest common denominator, and they have to test the same narrow knowledge base year after year, so they aren't allowed to ask any really tricky or hard questions.

@mattyglesias Get physical controls is my only lesson learned. The touch controls on mine are finicky and annoying. And the little pad things you can put under the pan is nice to keep it from spinning when you stir something since that doesn’t happen on gas.

One thing I’ve learned about bracket conjecture is you don’t want your team to play anyone. Any team gets named it’s “Damn. Don’t want to play them.” So the key to a good NCAA Tourney is playing no one.
