What if you could image cells in fixed tissue sections, choose which ones to sequence 🔬, and then return to the same cells after NGS? Light-Seq⚡️🧬: high-res spatial sequencing of cells in fixed tissue for directly linking imaging + NGS + protein stains! nature.com/articles/s4159…
