@noahloui It was war. War is never pretty. During that war citizens were getting caught in the cross fire all over the world. Jewish genocide in the millions. Yet you focus on that act. War is never a “good” thing. No one ever wins but yes sometimes harsh action has to be taken

@nypost The people there that day had agency to make their own choices. None of those men forced anyone to be present that day. None of those men forced anyone to besiege the Capitol. You may say they "incited" the actions. Speech is protected under 1A. Even speech you don't like.

My tenant who rents my guest house told his friends to break into my house. They broke a bunch of shit but thankfully weren't successful in occupying it, and I got out in time. His lease is up on January 20th anyway, so should I let him finish up his lease or kick him out now?
