I don't think guest-focused podcasts are going to last There needs to be a much stronger emphasis on bringing the guest into YOUR world to talk about YOUR thing or just play off of the hosts you're trying to build up A guest episode should feel like a friend stopping by the house to hang out, not someone being interrogated for their successes Voice split has to be much closer to 50/50 than most podcast interviews are These are just my Saturday thoughts Scroll on
