I farmed 137 rift boss kills today on Borderlands 4 while playing C4SH at level 20. I got 22 legendary character class mods and NOT one was for C4SH. I think that I'm either the unluckiest person ever or C4SH has a different minimum level for legendary class mods. Anyone else?
