Why is @Topgolf going downhill?
- Walked in to throw away my coffee at the bar and was yelled at for no outside food or drinks right away
- Wanted a drink and was told I had to go to the front desk for a wristband.
- Went to the front desk and was told to wait for the manager.
- Waited 10 minutes for the manager.

@Topgolf had a disappointing experience several weeks ago and sent in feedback through website. After I followed up, diverted to local facility, they never contacted me, I called them and left a message and they still haven't contacted me.#poorcustomerservice #billtransparancy

@haidreaux Topgolf gift cards do not expire. The game play bonus cards do have an expiration date but that is clearly stated when making a qualifying purchase.

I just realize @Topgolf gift cards expire. What kind of crap is that? If I paid $100, I expect that $100 to exist longer than a year. What’s the purpose of even selling gift cards?

@Topgolf Allen, TX just lost our business. Refusing entry to a 20‑year‑old and his college friends at 9pm with no explanation—after years of coming here—is ridiculous. Rude associate, inconsistent rules, zero customer service. Do better.

Hey @Topgolf, is it your policy that customers cannot pay for the balance of a bay rental apon arrival, but rather it must be combined with meal and drink purchases and paid at the end?

@Topgolf Just wanted to let you know how disappointed I am with the Fishers, IN loc. Went there on 1/2/26 for my son’s 20th bday. I got the grilled chicken sandwich, which came out raw inside. Now they did remake it, but still charged for it. Seriously? Health concern!
