Top Golf making you download their app to view and order off the menu is insane. A server really said, “hi, I’ll be taking care of you, if you want to order, here’s the QR code,” then walked away. So you won’t be taking care of us then. We’ll be taking care of ourselves. @Topgolf

We were at @Topgolf last week. All they had were the QR code menus. Awful business decision. I hope they didn’t throw their old menus out. We literally didn’t eat because I am over technology. We are there to golf and have fun. Not have our phones out. Do better

So @Topgolf has been struggling the last few years. While I was interested when they opened in Pittsburgh, it’s really not for me and that’s ok. Gift card got me back in the door. Applied $75 gift upon online checkout for an $88.50 session. At the end, I get my check and it’s $66.38. I say to my waitress that I used a gift card and my total should be $13.50. “Oh, you only paid the deposit on the gift card. You need to bring the physical card here to use the rest.” I tell her that it was a piece of paper that had been since thrown out. Any way to use the booking where the gift card was applied? “No, we use a third party and there’s no way of tracking it” Am I an idiot or is that an insanely stupid policy/process? Either way, I’m not going back. May they continue to struggle. (Yes, I’m petty)

@Topgolf Your Morrisville location sucks from a service aspect! Didnt get our bay assignment till 5 minutes after pur start time, then had to walk all the way to the end. Half the balls didnt track at all. Really disappointed.

@Topgolf I was so disappointed today. Met a friend at your Ontario location this evening. The staff was great. The Games were fun but the food that used to be very enjoyable was just awful. So bummed. Things have changed and not for the better

Extremely disappointed in @Topgolf! Made reservation, never got the text our bay was ready. Go to the desk and they check us in but we lost 5 minutes because of this then we go to pay and the deposit from the reservation doesn’t get applied to your bill?!?!?!? wtf is that????

your people aren’t professional. You don’t hire professionals. You don’t hire anyone who actually understands or works with golfers. And it’s not just me. I’ve never been in the Alpharetta location without seeing someone complaining straight to the manager. Topgolf clearly doesn’t give a damn. The problem is the actual customer facing staff. They lack any professionalism, and social ability that doesn't include staring at their phones and social media. @Topgolf @TopGolfAtlanta

Security guard who’s watched me do it every league night for years suddenly decides to single me out like a poorly behaved child. Front desk and manager stood there smirking while I calmly explained I’ve been walking past them since the place opened. 🖕

@Topgolf Canton, MA charged me incorrectly multiples times 2 wks ago. I been reaching out thru email multiple times I’ve requested a call from management at the location and nothing. I was overcharged $58 and wasn’t handled with any apologies at all. I still don’t have my refund.

@Topgolf why is I can’t get a refund owed to me by my local TopGolf in RI or even speak to a live repay that location. I have tried for over a week to resolve this to no avail with hours of my time wasted.

@Topgolf had a disappointing experience several weeks ago and sent in feedback through website. After I followed up, diverted to local facility, they never contacted me, I called them and left a message and they still haven't contacted me.#poorcustomerservice #billtransparancy

@haidreaux Topgolf gift cards do not expire. The game play bonus cards do have an expiration date but that is clearly stated when making a qualifying purchase.

I just realize @Topgolf gift cards expire. What kind of crap is that? If I paid $100, I expect that $100 to exist longer than a year. What’s the purpose of even selling gift cards?

@Topgolf Allen, TX just lost our business. Refusing entry to a 20‑year‑old and his college friends at 9pm with no explanation—after years of coming here—is ridiculous. Rude associate, inconsistent rules, zero customer service. Do better.
