@codybtapp I love driving around trying to find a parking spot and then parking in a lot that has no security at all and hope that my car doesn't get broken into. I love inconvenience and taking risks for a team that has made the playoffs 10 times in 58 seasons.

@jazayerli This is why I don't think the Royals are making the playoffs. Go back and look at how often the Royals have started off below .500 after 20 games and then went on to make the playoffs in a 162 game season. It happened once in 1984 & they were 9-11 after 20g.

For the 20th time in the last 23 years, the Royals have lost 6 in a row in the first 60 games of the season. (And in 17 of the 20 years it happened by Game 35.)
The only three seasons it did *not* happen (2014, 2015, 2024) are the only three seasons they made the playoffs.

The Kansas City Royals are calling up former All-Star catcher Elías Díaz from AAA-Omaha, sources tell @ElExtrabase. Díaz, 35, signed a minor league deal with Kansas City in February.
He's not on the 40MR, so a corresponding move will have to be made.

@AlexGold I blame this mostly on Isbel. He is the more experienced outfielder. Someone needed to call out that they had it and the guy with more experience should know to not take anything for granted with an inexperienced outfielder.

@PGRA_ Why? Its forward EPS estimates are mind boggling and off the charts. And its average price target keeps moving up every week. There is simply no other stock that has this forward EPS growth.

@FletcherWDSU I would retain him based upon the candidates rumored. When the Pels finally got healthy they played pretty good until they started playing the really good teams on the road. They need a starting center.

Easy to see why he’s been an in-demand head coaching candidate in the NBA for years.
While team went 26-56 overall…
IMO I think elevating Borrego to permanent head coach would be a solid decision.

@SandyBrown1208 I live in Missouri and have wondered the same thing. Kansas used to be one of the most conservative states back in the Bob Dole days. Now I think Missouri is the more conservative state.

What happened to the people of Johnson County Kansas that has made them Liberals. I remember 40 years ago this county was solid Red. I spent 5 years in California in the 80's came back and things had flipped. What happened?

@JoeDumarsBurner If Missi was a B+, he would have gotten more playing time. Fears I would lower to a B+ because he needs to take better care of the ball. Zion has to be at least a B because is the only Pel that was dependable to get a bucket when needed.

@elonmusk I got several of the JNJs and then the Novavax ones when they became available. I had 5 total. I have yet to get COVID and never really had any issues other than a sore arm for about 36 hrs with one of shots.

The vaccine dosage was obviously too high and done too many times.
I had the original Wuhan virus before there was any vaccine and it was much like any other cold/flu. Bad, but not terrible.
But my second vaccine shot almost sent me to the hospital. Felt like I was dying.

This should be headline news EVERYWHERE. A Pfizer insider who was former head of toxicology in Europe has just come out and said something that many "conspiracy theorists" suspected. He estimates that 20 000 to 60 000 people in Germany have died from the c*vid vaccine. This was said at a parliamentary enquiry commission in Germany. So why isn't this massive news being reported everywhere? Is the mainstream media that has recieved millions in funding from Bill Gates deliberately covering this up... 🤔
