I wonder what led to building this custom UI component, why it required an X-axis transform, and what edge case this is. I love seeing this, but I can’t help wondering why. It always makes me giggle! cc: @stephancasas, amuse me please!

@petermasek We just released an update with improved Sequoia compatibility. We highly recommend updating Sequoia to 15.2 or higher, as Apple added important network stability bug fixes in that version.

@markkoeks A few things to verify: 1. Check there are no firewalls apps (Apple or others) running at the same time as TripMode 2. Confirm that TripMode is visible and enabled in System Settings: MacOS Sequoia: Login Items & Extensions → Network Extensions Earlier: Network → Filters

@tripmodeCH I'm unable to install this service on my Mac and when I open the system preferences it is not apparent where to enable this.

@tripmodeCH I have to re-allow access to iOS apps running on Mac for every app update. Are you familiar with this? Does these update result in binaries that you are not able to recognise?

@tripmodeCH Hi! Since first installing the macOS Sonoma beta, I can't use TripMode. It doesn't show up in the menu bar nor does it open when I try to open the app. Also, it shows in Activity Monitor as 'not responding.' Was wondering if there's any workaround or insight about that?

#WWDC23 pro-tip: if you depend on TripMode, avoid updating to the macOS Sonoma beta versions for now to avoid issues

PSA: Don't install macOS 13.4 beta 4 if you use a network filtering app like TripMode. Apple has introduced a bug in the latest macOS beta which causes network connectivity to fail. The ball is in Apple's court, we can't hotfix it.
