The Orioles broadcast of Konnor Griffin’s first career hit is HILARIOUS

you wouldn’t even be able to have this conversation with anyone outside of your very close inner circle if it weren’t for Elon Musk.
you wouldn’t be able to argue
because there would be no one to argue with
you wouldn’t be able to be angry
because there would be no one you could be angry at
you wouldn’t be able to cry about citizen journalism
it wouldn’t exist.
so tell us more about how terrible it is that people actually have the ability to communicate right now.

🚨 BREAKING: Treasury Sec. Scott Bessent just TORCHED ABC’s Jon Karl over the Minneapolis shooting:
KARL: “There’s no evidence he brandished the gun!”
BESSENT: “But he BROUGHT a gun. Have you ever gone to a protest, Jon? Have you? I have. Guess what. I didn’t bring a gun, I brought a billboard!”
Bringing a loaded firearm + two magazines to an ICE raid isn’t “peaceful protesting” it’s premeditated.
Bessent nailed the absurdity.

@elonmusk @mattvanswol Look like a pretty clear cut case of that citizen journalism you pretend to love when it suits your narrative.

@PressSec I keep waiting for the bullet point which states “and he shot at unarmed man in the back because he was an unvetted roided up Keystone Cop fresh off of shoving.. checks note.. a lady to the ground”
Save your moral equivalence for chit chat at the Melania screening

Tim Walz does NOT believe in law and order.
No amount of propaganda from his allies in the liberal media will convince the American people otherwise.
Under the incompetent leadership of Tim Walz, Minnesota oversaw massive fraud schemes that resulted in tens of billions of dollars in stolen American taxpayer funds.
Walz refuses to allow local and state law enforcement to cooperate with ICE in arresting and removing dangerous criminal illegal aliens from Minnesota communities.
Since President Trump took office, Walz has released nearly 500 criminal illegal aliens back onto Minnesota’s streets instead of transferring them to federal law enforcement custody.
Walz has spread malicious lies about federal law enforcement officers, placing targets on the backs of the men and women who risk their lives every day to remove illegal alien murderers, rapists, pedophiles, and gang members from our streets.
Walz wants chaos which is why he’s repeatedly encouraged left-wing agitators to stalk and record federal officers in the middle of lawful operations, leading to officers being doxxed, targeted, impeded, and placed in extremely dangerous situations.
Don’t forget, this is the same Tim Walz who allowed rioters to burn Minneapolis in the summer of 2020.
President Trump will never back down on his core promise to deport violent illegal criminals from American communities — a promise that nearly 80 million Americans voted for, over the Open Borders Agenda of Kamala Harris and Tim Walz.
Governor Walz should do the right thing by Minnesotans and work WITH, rather than AGAINST, federal law enforcement.
Just look at states like Florida and Texas, and cities like Washington, DC — when there is cooperation among law enforcement, there is peace and safety.
Governor Tim Walz@GovTimWalz
Minnesota believes in law and order. We believe in peace. And we believe that Trump needs to pull his 3,000 untrained agents out of Minnesota before they kill another American in the street.

Democrats did this every day for 4 years then, after losing an election, launched an armed resistance to stop the federal government from reversing the invasion.
End Wokeness@EndWokeness
None of this would be happening right now if the prior administration didn't 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 the invasion 10-30 million invaders in 4 years

If you dress up in your militia costume, arm yourself, and then go out into the street with the express intent of interfering with law enforcement, and then fight back when they try to arrest you, and then you end up dead, you only have yourself to blame for that whole series of deliberate and insanely idiotic decisions.

@MattWelch Do they have protection from defamation lawsuits? Or “federal immunity” as JD would say

Every government official who pre-emptively slanders a man shot dead by poorly performing Feds should be treated derisively until the end of their public days.
Acyn@Acyn
Mullin: A deranged individual who came in to cause massive damage with a loaded pistol was shot and killed. How much more does it have to go on before the Democrat leaders take responsibility for their words?

F this. “I don’t talk politics” is what you do in Finance because we all have to be grey and not offend anybody. I walked into the booth last year not even sure which lever to pull. One candidate who I largely agreed with on many policies but with the worst moral fiber of any person of power I have ever witnessed. The other an absolutely horrific candidate whose policies are almost all the wrong ones in the long run. But yet I pulled the lever for the latter, because the former in some bizarro twist has developed a dangerous cult of personality which has removed any critical thought from his supporters. I hated the choice at the time, will rail against how Democrats can’t run a centrist platform, but now and more convinced than ever that we sadly need a political revolt simply to break this cult of personality. I have never felt as disgusted at the government as I do watching the execution today in Minnesota. Never again.
English

@twebs I'm not the one posting hysterical nonsense, wishing for retribution on 77 million Americans that will never come.
English

@twebs So the orange man broke your brain so hard you voted for the lady who you disagreed with politically and now are calling for a revolution in order to get rid of the orange man and do vague things to the the people he voted for?
