Living in Breckenridge would actually suck.
Living in Dillon would be ok.
Silverthorne is fine.
Frisco makes sense.
But Breck?
Tells me you’ve got no idea what you’re talking about.

This looks like an historic, truly off-the-charts March heatwave for Colorado. March 18-22 (next Wednesday-following Sunday), potentially a bit longer.
#COwx
Chris Bianchi@BianchiWeather
Can't overlook or overstate how ridiculous next week's heat looks. Denver may hit 80+ for 4 straight days. And a chance to hit 90. In March. Denver's earliest 90°+: April 30. If we get there next week (possible)...it'd be 6 weeks earlier than the current record. Unreal. #COwx

@SrAbuelo60 @PetersenWill Slow them down? Only gave up 13 points and had 3 turnovers in the first half. A competent offenses should be up 2 scores minimum
English

@PetersenWill Might help if the defense could slow em down just a bit.

@JeffLandfield And those European cities have the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation (AMOC; and no, it is not collapsing) which keeps those cities far more hospitable -- it redistributes warmth from low latitudes -- for biking than Anchorage. #science !
English

I am hearing from a lot of people that are saying that Anchorage is one of the only winter cities without bike lanes. Well, we are the only large American city above 60 degrees north latitude! I'm sure some of these cities in Europe have bike lanes, but are all very old in comparison. These bike lanes are a dumb experiment!

Jeff Landfield@JeffLandfield
Went downtown today for lunch. First time I’ve seen those stupid bike lanes. Didn’t see one biker. The whole thing is a nuisance and should be removed immediately!

@BlairHealt68622 @Kraas16 @MichaelAArouet Chernobyl was a disaster & killed ~50 people. 3 mile island- no deaths & no significant ecological effects due to proper reactor design. Nuclear is the only safe, clean, & feasible way to provide base-load power and avoid ecological/economic catastrophes caused by climate change
English

@Kraas16 @MichaelAArouet And you're willfully forgetting the other nuclear disasters from history.

@TopherT613 @DavidDalati @MLBNetwork Right, but if that’s the case the franchise has essentially been fielding a minor league team for 30 years? Never drafted/teaded for a great player? That chances of that are pretty much 0.Coors absolutely helps inflate numbers but then going on the road must deflate them as well.
English

@ty_murrel @DavidDalati @MLBNetwork Because if you take their numbers playing anywhere besides Colorado they are generally a lot different. Not that hard to understand.
English

@DavidDalati @TopherT613 @MLBNetwork Y do people think CO players rd stats are the baseline & Coors adds the rest? Y not just sign a bunch of .240 guys & have em all hit .300 every yr? Is every .270 guy actually a .200 guy? 30yrs & they have never had a great player & every avg guy is a minor leaguer? Makes 0 sense.
Anchorage, AK 🇺🇸 English

@TopherT613 @MLBNetwork I just don’t understand how people gloss over where he played.
The numbers are right there for everyone to see. OPS is 200 points higher at home; BA is almost 60 pts higher. Still an excellent, excellent player. But HOF? It wouldn’t be a crime, I get it. But…

They did it. @TheSavBananas have an actual Banana Ball.
Gotta know. What would a Rockies Ball look like?

English

@SadCardinalFan @Starting9 @PatrickDLyons I’d like him to say, hey we weren’t that great last year, so we are going to go out and spend some money to make this team competitive in the division lol

Catch the Fever!

English

@spillygoat19 The Coors narrative is dumb, Like in 30 years the Rockies have never had a great player? And if so then every average player is actually a bad player, and every bad player is not a major league talent? But all those players played their way to MLB not at altitude? Not possible
English

@TalkinBaseball_ Think this is just further evidence that MLB should move every team to Colorado because baseball at altitude is just more fun

@stormer59101 A wide receiver died of cardiac arrest on the field in the 70s

Regardless of what people think about this, the Covid Vaccine as a cause has to be looked at. This event is more than rare or unusual, never in all of the previous NFL games has it happened. If it's truly about the science then someone needs report on it. #DamarHamlin
