@tls1019 Brisket taste like brisket. Nothing special. Every bbq place I go to they all taste the same IMO. I appreciate what goes into cooking a good one but it’s just meh. I’d rather a thick juicy steak, especially a homemade one.

@TopherT613 I still wouldn’t say it’s overrated, it taste great. Just expensive af. I get why though. It takes a ton of work and time to get a brisket from raw to plate.

The saddest part about BBQ is it used to be poor people food. Used cheap cuts and slow smoked them till tender. Today it is more expensive than a typical steakhouse, charging $36/lb for brisket. Worst thing to happen to BBQ ever is it became popular. Now get off my lawn

Unpopular opinion…food at ballparks has gotten out of hand. When I go to a game I want hot dogs, nachos, popcorn…typical ballpark food. I’m not trying to spend a whole paycheck on wild foods at a baseball game.

@TopherT613 We need cheap seats that kids could ride up to the ticket window on their bikes and buy tickets to a game. Paying $50-$60 for a ticket is insane on top of $20 for a dog and a drink.
