They are ALL at fault: • The nurseries who hired him without proper checks • The DBS update service that failed to flag his arrest • The system that puts kids at risk for “employment rights” over safety How the hell does a nonce with fresh child abuse images on his phone end up working with babies and toddlers? Our children are not safe. Name him. Shame him. Sack everyone involved in letting this happen.

I'm sorry, but I don't see a "Karen" here. I see an older woman who was confused and trying to figure out if the person was a man or a woman in the women's restroom. If people are being honest, it's easy to see why she was unsure. She wasn't screaming, threatening anyone, or causing a scene. She asked a question that many people would probably be wondering themselves. Calling someone a "Karen" for being confused about an unusual situation seems pretty unfair.
