I might sound like a pick me, idc im genuinely curious. if saying "tall and brown" is seen as a normal preference, why does wanting for someone"fair" get judged? Is it about majority standards? Then whats the point of having opinions and preferences?

Pregnant women are told to "eat for two" when in reality you only need about 400-500 extra calories in 3rd trimester. 4. Post-partum diet is carb + fat slop in the name of tradition. 5. No understanding of strength training and muscle building. 6. No cardio. Not even much walking. 7. Understanding of weight loss often doesn't include the concept of calories in, calories out.
