Non-bailable offences I believe all cases should be bailable. This means that the decision whether or not to grant bail is in the discretion of the court looking at the circumstances of each case. Conditions of bail should also be in the discretion of the court. I also believe that there should be a statutory guideline guiding courts as to the appropriate cases in which to grant bail or not. Allowing all offenses to be potentially bailable eliminates the risk of falsely accused persons rotting in jail for a crime they didn't commit. We saw how the non-bailable offence of 'theft of motor vehicle' was weaponised against political opponents in the past. The same can happen with these new non-bailable offences. Making an offence bailable doesn't mean that you will automatically be granted bail. The Prosecution has to argue that, in the circumstances of the case, the accused should be locked up e.g. aggravating circumstances of the crime, the accused is a flight risk etc. I have long argued that making offenses non-bailable is in contravention of Article 18 of the Constitution, the right to a fair trial and to be considered innocent until proven guilty.

As time goes on. Alot of men will be discouraged to pursue women. Marriages will reduce, as the stats show. No families, less kids, a declining population & ultimately a dying economy because there won't be enough youth to replace the older guys working.

Guys, women successfully petitioned for laws to protect themselves and young girls. This is an issue that concerns them, they have a fundamental right to legal protection and every right to feel safe and protected. They spoke up and were heard.
As men, we have our own concerns as well. For example, some men would prefer mandatory paternity DNA testing at birth. We also have the right to petition and be heard. There are a few ways to approach this process. First option is to write a formal “Law Reform Project Proposal” to the Zambia Law Development Commission. However, we need at least 100 signatures for the proposal to carry weight. I’ll share a draft a proposal for those who are interested.
We are not in competition with our women. It is 2026, and both genders should be aware that they have the right to live in a society protected by fair laws.

Mbappé isn't as technically gifted as Haaland, and no, technical ability isn't agility, it's having the footballing intelligence to be great in a position, Mbappé yesterday was offside on multiple occasions because he doesn't have the awareness that Haaland has.
